About Us

We are a 100% women-owned consulting engineering design and commissioning firm, owned and operated by historically disadvantaged South African professionals, specialising in utility planning, design, and commissioning services.

Khopower Projects was founded by a group of women professionals in the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) in 2021. The formation of this company resulted from the realization by these professionals that the electricity industry was still lacking representation of the South Africa’s majority.

On this basis, our founding directors saw the need for a company in this sector that would apply its knowledge and skill-based to a better understanding of the needs of our clients.
